UN General Assembly voted Friday to reintegrate Libya into the Human Rights Council, after it was suspended in March 2011. Out of 123 countries, only four voted against reintegration - Nicaragua, Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia, and six countries abstained, according to AFP.
According to Libyan Ambassador Ibrahim Dabbashi, escaped from the dictatorship of his country and started the political process to restore a democratic state that respects human rights and fundamental freedoms.
